Exchanges

Exchanges are accepted within the same timeframe, subject to stock availability.

How to Initiate a Return/Exchange

1. Email us at returns@yourcostumeboutique.ca with your order number and the items you would like to return or exchange.
2. We will provide a prepaid return label (a $7.99 fee will be deducted from your refund).
3. Once we receive and inspect the returned item, your refund or exchange will be processed within 7 business days.
