Return & Exchange Policy

We want you to feel confident shopping with us. If your purchase isn’t quite right, we’ll gladly work with you to make it right.

Returns are accepted within 14 days of the delivery date. To be eligible for a return, items must meet the following conditions:

  • In original condition β€” unworn, unwashed, and with all original tags and packaging intact

  • Not altered or customized in any way

  • Free from odors, stains, or damage

  • Must include the original invoice or proof of purchase

Final Sale Items:

  • Custom-made suits

  • Undergarments

  • Clearance or promotional items marked as final sale

Please note: Items that do not meet these conditions will not be accepted and will be returned to the sender.

πŸ”„ Exchanges

Exchanges are offered within the same 14-day period and are subject to availability. If the item you’d like to exchange for is unavailable, we’ll issue a refund instead (minus the return shipping fee).

πŸ’΅ Pricing Adjustments

If an item you purchased goes on sale within 7 days of your order, we’ll gladly offer a one-time price adjustment.
To request one, email us at opportumsuits@gmail.com with your order number.
Note: Price adjustments do not apply to items on clearance or final sale.

🚚 How to Initiate a Return or Exchange

  1. Email opportumsuits@gmail.com with your order number and a brief explanation of your return or exchange request.

  2. We’ll email you a prepaid return label.

  3. A $10 return shipping fee will be deducted from your refund.

  4. Once your return is received and inspected, your refund or exchange will be processed within 7 business days.

As an online-only store, we do not accept in-person returns.
