Returns & Exchanges
We want you to love your purchase! If you are not satisfied, here’s our policy:
Returns
- Items can be returned within 14 days of receiving your order.
- Items must be in original condition: unworn, unwashed, and with tags attached.
- Non-Returnable Items: Custom-made costumes, undergarments, and clearance items.
Exchanges
Exchanges are accepted within the same timeframe, subject to stock availability.
How to Initiate a Return/Exchange
- Email us at returns@yourcostumeboutique.ca with your order number and the items you would like to return or exchange.
- We will provide a prepaid return label (a $7.99 fee will be deducted from your refund).
- Once we receive and inspect the returned item, your refund or exchange will be processed within 7 business days.
